Spirio is a venture builder of SKELAR that constructs an educational platform offering courses, guides, and practices based on Eastern philosophies to help people enjoy life and be happy. The startup has successfully closed two funding rounds, found unit economics, scaled up fourfold in the last month, and successfully attracted a new seed funding round aimed at scaling the business and launching a mobile app with ambitions of "App of the Year". This is an incredible opportunity to join the product team, be among the first colleagues, and work closely with co-founders. Currently, we are looking for a Product Marketing Lead. This is a leadership role that involves managing product marketing, creating and optimizing user acquisition funnels, launching new monetization models, and testing marketing hypotheses.
Your responsibilities include: assembling, growing, and scaling a team; leading one of the key user acquisition funnels; formulating hypotheses, running A/B tests, analyzing results, and making strategic decisions; working on increasing conversions and ROI, implementing growth hacks; conducting in-depth research of practices, competitors, and users; launching R&D and working with new monetization models; establishing a systematic approach to the product marketing team’s work; collaborating with marketing teams, designers, engineers, and creatives.
What is important for us: 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing / Growth Marketing (experience in product businesses, EdTech, or mobile applications is a plus); experience in building and optimizing marketing funnels; strong analytical skills: working with data, metrics, tools (Amplitude, GA, Tableau, or equivalents); practice in conducting A/B tests and using results to make decisions; strategic thinking + love for data and experiments; ability to work with cross-functional teams; English Upper-Intermediate+.
