We are now looking for a Creative Marketing Manager.

Relatiо — a technology company that creates products to improve romantic relationships. Our app helps users from all over the world build harmonious and healthy relationships with their partners through self-development.

We launched the business in the summer of 2023 and have already achieved significant success – we have found unit economy and are actively scaling to the size of a large company. We are scaling further, so we offer you to become part of the team of creative marketers and dive into such challenges:

• Develop video and static creatives to promote the product on Facebook and Instagram;
• Discuss ideas, improve existing creatives, and generate new visuals based on technical tasks from marketers;
• Track global trends in advertising, analyze competitor promotions, their social networks, etc.;
• Optimize creative creation processes to make the team work more efficiently;
• Become a mentor for other creative marketers and eventually lead the team.

What is needed to join us:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in the field of performance marketing;
• Good communication skills, the ability to quickly establish contact with colleagues within the team and outside the project;
• Responsibility and attention to detail;
• Quick adaptability to changes;
• Intermediate+ level of English language proficiency.
