We are now looking for a Marketing Copywriter for our partner company TENTENS Tech.

TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the streaming and social discovery sphere. The TENTENS Tech team has the experience of successful launches of dozens of platforms used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, for now). And the slogan We don't think limits reflects both the company's strategic thinking and the team's motivation to always go far beyond the horizon.

We have one of the most powerful marketing zones on the market:

• Millions of users from around the world; • 10+ performance marketing channels (Search, Social, Media, Native, etc.); • Strong in-house and affiliate procurement; • 80+ specialists, internal teams of MarTech, Marketing Analytics, and UI/UX design, who create selling funnels; • We are one of the largest Google partners in the CEE.

We are looking for a Marketing Copywriter who can turn every word into a sale. Who can write text that instantly stops the scroll and makes the user say "I want to try it".

The challenges you will face:

• Writing texts for marketing funnels to increase their conversion into a purchase; • Working with hundreds of different funnels and dozens of different user segments (by regions/by pains/by channels of engagement/by user personas…), finding the most optimal messages for each of them; • Generating hypotheses and testing them in hundreds of A/B experiments; • Working closely with designers, marketers, and analysts to scale procurement together; • Researching the funnel market and looking for new best practice approaches.

What is important for us:

• Knowledge of English at the C1+ level; • 2+ years of experience in marketing copywriting; • Ability to write selling texts; • Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas and hypotheses qualitatively; • Proficiency in Figma (nice to have); • Willingness to make dozens of copywriting variants.
