General QA

Currently, TENTENS Tech is scaling its team. We are releasing new microservices from the project and forming cross-functional teams around them, which can independently develop different parts of the business. We already have a strong development and QA team and we want to strengthen it with a General QA.

From the very beginning, we expect a focus on the automation of testing. Throughout the way, you will not be alone, but will have support from the QA Lead and colleagues from the QA guild.

The challenges we expect are: control of the quality of releases; testing of product and technical tasks; reviewing the requirements of tasks before the start of development to ensure we are not breaking the already working functionality; generating ideas for improving the testing process and training the team in testing practices; writing and maintaining test cases; the possibility to contribute to the development of a new solution for automation from the start; diving into automation and writing E2E and integration tests on Playwright. By the way, on the interview we might touch on the topic of AI. And we might mention the “artificial Monday” – just an interesting point for discussion.

Our ideal candidate has: a year of experience as a QA Engineer; a clear understanding of methodologies and types of testing; an understanding of the client-server architecture, in particular how the web works, as well as the basics of network communication (HTTP/HTTPS, API, RESTful services); skills in automation with Playwright; an understanding of the CI/CD process; a basic understanding of cloud technologies.
