SKELAR is a venture builder that creates international IT product companies according to the rules of venture investment. Together with co-founders, we are assembling strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in the global markets.
TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the streaming and social discovery areas. The TENTENS Tech team has experience in successful launches of dozens of platforms used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, for now). The slogan We don't think limits reflects both the company's strategic thinking and the team's motivation to always go far beyond the horizon.
Currently TENTENS Tech is scaling up the team. For this, we are allocating new microservices from the project and forming cross-functional teams around them that can independently develop different parts of the business. TENTENS Tech already has a powerful development and QA team and we want to strengthen it with a General QA.
At the beginning, you will mainly work on manual testing and building the QA process and culture within the team. After that, we expect a move towards automation and coverage of the area with automated tests. Throughout the journey, you will not be alone, but will have support from the QA Lead and colleagues from the QA guild.
The challenges you will face include: Quality control of releases; Testing product and technical tasks; Reviewing the requirements for tasks before the start of development to ensure we won't break the already working functionality; Generating ideas for improving the testing process and training the team in testing practices; Writing and maintaining test cases; The possibility from the start to contribute to the development of a new solution for automation; Over time, diving into automation and writing E2E and integration tests on Playwright. By the way, on the interview we can touch on the topic of AI. And perhaps we will mention the "artificial Monday" — just an interesting point for discussion.
Our ideal candidate has: One to two years of experience as a QA Engineer; A clear understanding of methodologies and types of testing; An understanding of client-server architecture, in particular how the Web works, as well as the basics of network interaction (HTTP/HTTPS, API, RESTful services); Skills in automation with Playwright; An understanding of the CI/CD process; Basic understanding of cloud technologies.
Besides businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation, which was created by the company's employees. Within the initiative, we create and fund projects that help overcome the consequences of the war and restore Ukraine.
SKELAR is an environment for self-realization for people who are able to create successful companies. We call such companies the next big everything. We believe in their power and scale. We plan to continue developing tech businesses, conquering global markets, and working for the victory of Ukraine.
For this, we have created all possible opportunities within our venture builder: Eight infrastructure teams that help businesses with any questions, from recruitment and communications to finance and legal issues; A community of founders who have already launched more than one business and can share practical experience; Internal clubs for professional areas: marketing, development, finance, recruiting; Trainings, courses, attending conferences; Medical insurance, corporate doctor.
