Frontend Engineer

Skelar is a venture builder that creates international tech companies according to the rules of global venture capital. Together with co-founders, we are assembling strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

We are currently scaling the team at the startup in the fashion industry and are looking for a Frontend Engineer to develop and create AI-powered fashion platform.

Joining the team now means:

• Working with fashion, one of the largest consumer industries in the world.
• Creating products that combine fashion, creativity, and technology at the intersection of Fashion and AI.
• Being part of the product team where engineers not only write code but also shape the product vision.
• Collaborating with designers, marketers, and content creators to create a shared result.
• Seeing the full picture of the business from the inside: from idea and design to launch and user feedback.

This is a chance to become part of the team at an early stage, shape the product with the founders, and change the fashion tech industry.

What is important to us:

• You have 3+ years of experience in the React and Typescript ecosystem.
• You separate the main from the secondary.
• You work on the "do, check, improve" principle - step by step to the best result.
• You are not a framework developer - you are curious to look under the hood of the tools you use.
• You are interested in new technologies, trends, and AI, actively share knowledge with the team.
• You feel responsible for the code you create for users.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing interfaces - both web and mobile.
• Solving user problems in a way that also meets business goals.
• Conducting constructive code reviews.
• Adhering to best engineering practices, applying SOLID and GRASP principles when developing code.

Technology stack:

• Frontend: Typescript, NextJS (React), ReactNative, GraphQL.
• Backend: Typescript, NestJS, GraphQL, PostgresQL.
• Infrastructure: GCP, Github.

In addition to businesses, we are developing the Skelar foundation, a charitable foundation created by company employees. Within the initiative, we create and fund projects that help overcome the consequences of war and rebuild Ukraine.
