SKELAR is a venture builder that creates international IT product companies according to the rules of global venture investment. Together with our co-founders, we are assembling strong teams to launch tech businesses and succeed in global markets.

Howly is a multi-product startup. Initially, Howly's sole focus was a marketplace for professional consultations. Today, Howly is developing several products that help people solve their problems efficiently.

We are now planning to launch a new AI product in Howly and are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to drive the direction of market analysis, idea generation, and the creation of advertising creatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Creating advertising creatives, analyzing their performance, and continuously improving them to attract new users;

- Monitoring and analyzing the market, constantly generating substantiated hypotheses for creatives;

- Generating ideas to improve the product and marketing funnels;

- Continuously collaborating with cross-functional teams: designers, marketers, product managers, to generate hypotheses, exchange insights.

- Preparing briefs for designers.

- Evaluating how creatives performed and suggesting improvements or reworks.

Essential Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing;

- Ability to systematically approach problem-solving – finding the cause of a problem, breaking it down into small components, and forming solutions;

- Willingness to take responsibility and execute tasks from scratch;

- Analytical skills, the ability to analyze large amounts of information and draw conclusions, critical thinking;

- Proactivity and accountability for your tasks: you don’t wait to be told what to do, but rather propose solutions and ideas;

- English at an upper intermediate level;

- Independence and readiness for new challenges.

AI adoption is a plus (you love working with AI and understand how to use it to make your work more efficient).
