Creative Marketing Manager

Skelar — Ukrainian venture builder, which builds international tech businesses. Together with co-founders, we are assembling strong teams to win in global markets.

Storyby — entertainment tech business, which transforms novels into short-form series. Storyby is dedicated to changing the way stories are told in the digital age, offering new opportunities for collaboration and creative expression. We are focused on finding rising star authors and offering their stories for reading, viewing, and experience through exciting content.

Currently we have two products:

• Our app Alphanovel has helped independent authors publish their works to a million audience and earn.
• Our app Dramashorts has started to pay off in just a few days. It already has more than 50 films, 8 of which are exclusive.

We support Ukrainian cinematography, all our films are shot with Ukrainian actors and Ukrainian production. Currently, this is our main direction, we are rapidly growing, we have tripled in the last 6 months. Therefore, we are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join the marketing team of 25 people and create star trailers and storylines from our films.

What challenges await:

• Creating captivating scripts and trailers that will enchant millions.
• Analyzing the fast and dynamic market that is already outpacing Netflix.
• Finding the emotional hook that will engage a wide audience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating ideas for advertising campaigns that help attract new users through performance channels.
• Working together with the team — designers, marketers, product managers — to quickly and efficiently launch new ideas.
• Preparing tasks (briefs) for designers.
• Keeping up with news and trends in the niche to come up with modern and relevant creatives that attract attention.
• Studying the behavior of our audience and using this knowledge to make creatives more targeted and interesting.
• Conducting and moderating brainstorming sessions, actively participating in team discussions and idea generation.
• Evaluating how creatives performed and suggesting ways to improve or rework them.

What is important for us:

• 1+ year of experience in Creative/performance marketing or Creative Scriptwriting
• Successful cases of implementation and introduction of creative strategies
• Understanding of marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC
• Knowledge of English at the B2+ level
• Systematic and structured approach to work
• Independence and readiness for new challenges
