Sales Team Member

The role of the sales team at Skechers stores is to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Our sales associates are enthusiastic and welcoming, experts in the range of Skechers products and fully committed to customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Boost sales through excellent customer service.
• Act as a product expert and ambassador for the Skechers brand, using this knowledge to guide customers to the right product selection.
• Continuously ensure that inventory levels in the sales area are correct and in good maintenance, marketing, storage, and cleanliness, always with the aim of providing our customers with a top-notch shopping experience.
• Efficiently process customer transactions, discounts, etc., at the point of sale.
• Accept returns professionally and offer exchanges or alternatives whenever possible, striving to always maintain an optimal relationship with the customer.
• Stay up to date with the latest Skechers product news.
