We are looking for an Electrical Control Systems Field Service Technician to support our Altronex brand. Our Altronex brand is a leading provider of control solutions for the municipal water and wastewater industries, providing custom-engineered control panels, SCADA and telemetry systems, control panel fabrication, systems integration, and field services support.

This role will work out of our Madison, WI location.

The job: As Field Service Technician, your primary role will be to respond to service calls as well as perform startup and modifications to water and wastewater control systems. You will work with contractors and end-users on system de-bugging and commissioning including electrical/mechanical, programming/software, instrument calibration and system interconnections to other devices or systems. You will work with a team to ensure understanding of the products and establish project schedules. You will travel in Wisconsin and bordering states.

The skills you need:

• Troubleshooting electrical control systems, with voltages up to 480v
• Reading electrical schematic designs
• Working with computers

You must be willing to travel regularly and have a valid driver's license. A 2-year technical degree in a related field and 1-2 years of experience are required.
