About the Role: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – GTM (North America), you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by hiring top-performing sales talent across our North America business. This is not a transactional recruiting role. You will operate as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, owning end-to-end execution of complex Account Executive and leadership hiring. You will be accountable for pipeline quality, hiring velocity, and conversion, ensuring we consistently land high-impact talent in a competitive market. You will work in close partnership with Sales leaders, executive stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes at pace. Our Talent Acquisition team goes beyond execution; we are critical partners to the business.
End-to-end ownership of GTM hiring (North America Sales)
Act as a trusted partner to North America Sales leadership
Pipeline generation and proactive sourcing
Drive quality and assessment standards
Candidate experience and conversion
Execution discipline and reporting

Compensation details: The base salary for this role ranges from $120K to $140k, in addition to a 15% performance-based bonus.
