Senior Process Engineer

Sirius Staffing is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for a long-term contract opportunity in Whitsett, NC.

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to oversee and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. This role drives continuous improvement initiatives, leads technical projects, and provides training to manufacturing staff to achieve best-in-class performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and stabilize all manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve daily process issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement process improvements to meet production goals, enhance safety, and reduce costs.
• Develop and deliver training for manufacturing staff to prevent process deviations.
• Monitor KPIs (Units Per Hour, efficiency, yield) and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead cross-functional projects and provide technical expertise.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Collaborate with global teams to resolve technical and supply chain challenges.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project schedules for stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry standards.
• Proven project leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
