Customer Service Representative
Sirius Staffing is seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to serve as the main point of contact for customers in West Monroe, LA.
Pay: $14/hr.
Hours: Mon.- Fri. 8am- 5pm
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information regarding accounts, products, and services. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support through in-person, phone, and written communication while resolving concerns efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers in person, by phone, or via mail to ensure excellent service experiences
- Respond to customer inquiries related to products, services, pricing, shipping, and service changes
- Process customer orders, returns, special requests, and account updates
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, billing issues, and service discrepancies
- Review customer and company records to identify and correct errors
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve service or product-related concerns
- Refer complex product or service failures to appropriate departments for further investigation
- Explain available services and assist customers in selecting solutions that meet their needs
- May promote or recommend additional products or services when appropriate
- May obtain credit information from credit reporting agencies as required
- Occasionally visit customer locations to resolve issues or obtain order information
Qualifications
- Ability to provide professional, courteous customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with accurate documentation and record handling
- General product and service knowledge gained through up to 2 years of related education, training, or experience
