Customer Service Representative

Location: West Monroe, LA 71294

Start Date: October 20, 2025

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: Up to $14.00/hour (Max bill rate: $28.20/hour)

Assignment Length: 12 months (contract)

Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in West Monroe. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer support, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers in person, over the phone, or by mail to provide information about accounts, products, and services.
  • Receive and process orders, handle returns or special requests, and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide details regarding product use, pricing, service changes, discontinuations, and shipping.
  • Investigate and correct errors in customer or company records.
  • Adjust billing or service issues and coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs.
  • Refer product or service failures to appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Interview customers to gather information and explain available services.
  • May solicit the sale of new or additional products and services.
  • May request credit records or visit customers’ premises to resolve problems.

Qualifications

  • Up to 2 years of directly related education, training, and/or experience preferred to gain job know-how.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

  • Job Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
  • Interview Date: October 7, 2025, between 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM.
