✨ About The Role
- Work directly with the head of growth and engineering team to analyze growth data, identify opportunities, and implement solutions to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Participate in the development and refinement of growth models and data-driven strategies
- Assist in translating growth objectives into functional requirements and supporting the end-to-end implementation of growth projects
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and external contractors, to deliver on growth initiatives
- Maintain awareness of the latest industry trends and technologies that can impact growth strategies and suggest innovative approaches to growth challenges
⚡ Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Cognitive Brain Sciences, Human Factors Engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrated understanding of data science principles and proficiency in Python
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in business development and growth strategies
- Real-world data science and statistics experience is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to collaborative projects and initiatives
