We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to oversee and manage all company communications and processes related to our Legal Services and Out-of-Court Settlement departments.
This is a crucial role that bridges the gap between customer needs and internal departments, ensuring that the company's services are effectively delivered, timely, and in compliance with regulations.
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Business Analyst to manage and analyze all incoming and outgoing activities between the company and its clients, focusing on the Legal Services and Out-of-Court Settlement divisions.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our legal processes, ensuring smooth communication, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and coordinating all business operations related to customer communications in the areas of Legal Services and Out-of-Court Settlement.
- Acting as the liaison between internal teams, ensuring the timely exchange of information and updates.
- Analyzing and documenting business requirements and processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost-saving measures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment in project goals and service delivery.
- Supervising the activities concerning the actions that need to be sent to the clients.
- Communicating with the Business Units to prepare the mapping of CRM and Legal actions.
- Monitoring the progress of ongoing cases and settlements, ensuring compliance with company policies, client expectations, and legal standards.
- Developing and implementing business analysis reports to assess the effectiveness of customer communications and process workflows.
- Providing recommendations for improvements and implementing best practices to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Co-operating with the IT Department in case of requests that require IT involvement using relevant process and Jira software.
- Supporting the development and delivery of training to internal teams on new processes or systems as required.
- Staying updated with the latest trends in technology, legal services, regulations, and out-of-court settlement practices to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
