This is a HR generalist role that supports the Senior Assistant Director, Human Resource in the day-to-day operations of the HR department for SLF and its fund management subsidiary.
As the Senior Executive, you will be responsible for the HR operations and largely involved in the following:
At least 5 years of relevant experiences across several HR functions with strong expertise in recruitment, payroll administration and HR operations
Strong proficiency in Workday HR system
Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently
Resilient approach to problem-solving with the ability to think critically, adapt quickly, and maintain effectiveness amidst shifting priorities
