Drive high-impact grant schemes
- Design, implement, and refine funding programmes that meet organisational goals and respond to industry/company needs.
- Ensure schemes comply with government policies while maintaining excellent grant operations with impactful outcomes.
- Lead regular reviews to adapt schemes to evolving business needs.
Strengthen governance and manage risk
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance EnterpriseSG's governance and risk management frameworks.
- Develop mitigation strategies for non-compliance, including clear investigation protocols.
- Evaluate exception requests through rigorous risk assessments to protect organisational interests.
- Leverage data analytics to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support audit exercises with accurate documentation and timely submissions.
Enhance operations and lead teams
- Streamline and harmonise processes across multiple grant schemes for greater efficiency.
- Update administrative guidelines to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment across teams.
- Oversee the processing of applications to ensure timely, fair, and transparent evaluations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of grant officers, ensuring workload balance and professional growth.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: At least 5 years in relevant roles, with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
- Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills.
- Background: Prior experience in grant administration, operations, or governance preferred.
