The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore's raison d'etre is to develop the air hub and aviation industry in Singapore, expanding Singapore's links to the rest of the world. You will become part of the team responsible for project management and maintenance of our 24/7 mission-critical communications systems. Your role will include delivering and maintaining communications systems in compliance with international standards, such as those set by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and International Telecommunications Union (ITU), as well as adhering to best practices. Additionally, you will work to enhance both software and hardware components of existing communications systems. As part of your responsibilities, you are required to collaborate closely with a range of stakeholders, including operational users, in-house development teams, equipment suppliers, contractors, as well as external parties from Singapore Public Service agencies and international counterparts.
Operations and maintenance of 24/7 mission-critical communications systems
Undertake ICAO activities related to communications systems and other aeronautical-related systems
Strong systems, network and cybersecurity background preferred
Keen interest in radiocommunication technologies and international regulations
Self-motivated and strong team player who is able to work effectively at all levels of an organisation
Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills
Ability to coordinate, organise, prioritise and multi-task
