1. Research and strategize solutions for real world problems.
2. Formulate operational and operational contingency plans.
3. Coordinate with stakeholders to solicit feedback, plan and implement initiatives.
4. Perform basic data analysis and derive conclusions and recommendations.
5. Synergize actions across multiple parties, at both the planning and implementation stages.
6. Prepare briefings, meetings and approval documents.
You should possess:
- Good critical and creative thinking; able to think and rationalise from multiple perspectives and not fixated with a single approach, and logical reasoning ability.
- Good interpersonal effectiveness and planning ability.
- Good attention to details.
- Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and deliver objectives within tight timelines.
- Able to adapt to circumstances and changes quickly, and leverage on teamwork to overcome challenges.
- Good proficiency in MS applications (Powerpoint, Excel, Power BI etc).
- Good writing ability; able to write with clarity and conciseness.
