Enhance processes through digital innovation

• Lead and support digitalisation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and grant processing workflows.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver practical digital solutions.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems or enhancements, ensuring they meet operational needs.
• Document and standardise processes resulting from digital transformation projects.

Turn data into actionable insights

• Analyse grant data to generate insights for policy decisions and process improvements.
• Review reports on processing metrics and performance indicators to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Support the development of data-driven proposals for refining grant schemes.

Deliver excellent grant administration

• Evaluate grant applications against established criteria and guidelines, ensuring accurate and timely assessments.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on grant requirements, managing queries and escalations effectively.
• Process applications and maintain clear, compliant documentation of all decisions.
