Campus Warden

This is a Campus Warden position (Contract till 28 Feb 2027) under Student & Alumni Services Office.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assisting the Discipline Management Team in enforcing the Student Code of Conduct, Campus Rules & Regulations, and relevant Singapore laws.
  • Patrolling the campus to enforce rules on smoking, underage possession of tobacco products, vaping, and other disciplinary matters.
  • Responding to and reporting incidents of misconduct, disturbances, defiance, illegal activities, and non-compliance with instructions on campus.
  • Obtaining evidence, recording particulars, and providing statements to establish facts for any reported incidents of misconduct.
  • Responding to individuals who are injured or in distress and, when necessary, providing assistance until help arrives.
  • Performing other discipline-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

We are looking for:

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to interact with and manage offenders professionally
  • Able to walk extensively and work independently, as well as in a team when required
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided
  • Security guard experience will be an added advantage
