Campus Warden

This is a Campus Warden position (Contract till 28 Feb 2027) under Student & Alumni Services Office.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Assisting the Discipline Management Team in enforcing the Student Code of Conduct, Campus Rules & Regulations, and relevant Singapore laws.
Patrolling the campus to enforce rules on smoking, underage possession of tobacco products, vaping, and other disciplinary matters.
Responding to and reporting incidents of misconduct, disturbances, defiance, illegal activities, and non-compliance with instructions on campus.
Obtaining evidence, recording particulars, and providing statements to establish facts for any reported incidents of misconduct.
Responding to individuals who are injured or in distress and, when necessary, providing assistance until help arrives.
Performing other discipline-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

We are looking for:

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to interact with and manage offenders professionally
Able to walk extensively and work independently, as well as in a team when required
No prior experience required; training will be provided
Security guard experience will be an added advantage
