Contract Management - Administer assigned contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions. Consolidate KPIs, track contractor service delivery, process variations, and manage all related documentation and activities.
Fleet Management - Manage SDC's vehicular fleet which includes leased vehicles, performing procurement, maintaining inventory records, handling COE and road tax renewals, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Procurement - Execute all vehicle-related procurement tasks, such as raising variation orders, coordinating purchases, and arranging for vehicle disposal in line with organizational procedures.
Administration - Carry out administrative duties related to assigned responsibilities, ensuring accurate records, timely processing, and adherence to organizational policies.
Projects - Undertake projects related to transport operations as and when assigned by the reporting officer, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
Any other job activities as assigned by reporting officer including covering of head of unit's duties in his / her absence.
Job Requirements
Min. a degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or transport related discipline. Any other discipline is also acceptable.
Min. 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to effectively lead a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data management tools.
Prior experience in transport operations, logistics, or fleet management will be an advantage.
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
