HR Programme Manager – Equity and Organisational Design

We are currently recruiting for HR Programme Manager – Equity and Organisational Design at Europe or UK. This is a fixed term contract opportunity for 6-8 months with flexibility to adjust based on project delivery and organisational priorities.

Location: Flexible across Europe or UK

The HR Programme Manager – Equity and Organisational Design will lead a series of strategic initiatives focused on equity programme design, sales incentive harmonisation, job architecture, and organisation design, while also preparing the company for upcoming European and UK Pay Transparency regulations.

This role will partner with HR, Finance, and Commercial leadership to build a future-ready, scalable, and compliant people framework that supports business transformation and growth.

Salary: Circa EUR 110,000 or £80,000 per annum on a pro rated basis

Hours of work: 37 per week

What You'll Be Doing

Equity Programme & Sales Incentive Design

  • Design and support the implementation of an equity programme aligned with key strategic initiatives in Commercial areas.
  • Develop a unified sales incentive framework across Injectables and Energy-Based Devices (EBD), harmonising current discrepancies across regions/countries.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams to structure performance metrics, payout mechanisms, and governance.

Job Families, Grading & Organisation Design

  • Review existing roles, structures, and organisational layers across functions and regions.
  • Create a clear and scalable job family and job grading architecture.
  • Define transparent career pathways and progression frameworks.
  • Design a fit-for-purpose organisational hierarchy aligned with the new operating model.
  • Provide tools, documentation, and principles to support job evaluation as and when required

Pay Transparency & Regulatory Readiness (EU and UK)

  • Lead organisational readiness for the European Pay Transparency Directive and UK legislation.
  • Establish processes for monitoring pay equity, gender pay gap analysis, and salary band governance.
  • Implement frameworks for consistent and transparent compensation decisions.
  • Advise on policy updates and change management to ensure full compliance.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in European and UK Pay Transparency regulations (or ability to quickly interpret and operationalise) and being able to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions
  • Strong background in sales incentives design and complex schemes consolidation
  • Demonstrable experience in job architecture, grading frameworks (e.g. Willis Towers Watson, AON, Hay), and organisation design.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading and managing company wide strategic projects (Project Management qualification desirable)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities, with experience of partnering at C Suite level
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex information (i.e. experience of creating and presenting board reports)
  • Comfortable working in a complex, fast-paced, and transformation-focused environment.
