As a Junior Service Implementation Specialist at Sinch, you will play a crucial role in our Global Messaging team, directly supporting the implementation of mobile messaging solutions for our diverse clientele. Reporting to the Global Service Implementation Manager, you'll engage collaboratively with various teams including sales, operations, and technical support to ensure seamless service delivery.
Your primary responsibilities will involve onboarding customers into our rich messaging channels, managing orders, and ensuring effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. You'll also maintain comprehensive documentation of our services and processes while continuously seeking opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements.
This is a vital role in the company, and you will cooperate with all members of the Sales, Product Management, Support and Implementation teams based across all our global offices. Your core focus will be to administrate and drive client provisioning to ensure our sales and implementation cycles run efficiently.
