EMEA Revenue Operations team in Sinch is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will require a strong foundation in Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, Power BI as well as other advanced reporting tools, coupled with prior management consulting experience to drive data-driven insights, stakeholder engagement, and strategic decision-making across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable intelligence to support business growth and efficiency for the region.
In this role you'll make a significant impact by driving the activities in the following areas:
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from Salesforce, Excel, Tableau and other platforms.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Excel, Tableau and Salesforce.
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to senior management and business stakeholders.
Business Insights & Strategy
- Translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks to support regional business objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve performance.
Stakeholder Engagement & Consulting
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the EMEA region.
- Leverage consulting experience to manage expectations, challenge assumptions, and align on data-driven decisions.
- Gather and translate business requirements into actionable data needs, collaborating closely with data engineering teams to design models and enable effective reporting and BI solutions.
Data Governance & Best Practices
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
- Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Drive adoption of dashboards and reporting tools within business teams.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize Tableau, Excel, Salesforce reports and dashboards for business needs.
- Design and automate Excel-based models for recurring analysis.
- Build advanced Tableau, Salesforce dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
- Provide performance metrics, KPIs, and business health reporting for EMEA.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product and Operations teams on cross-regional projects.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing scenario modeling and forecasting.
- Deliver clear documentation and training for stakeholders using analytics tools.
Requirements
Professional Experience
- 5–7 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics consulting.
- Minimum of 2 years in management consulting or a similar advisory role.
- Strong focus on accuracy, detail, and precision.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Salesforce reporting and data extraction.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables; macros preferred).
- Expertise in Tableau, Looker, and other visualization tools.
- Nice-to-have: experience with data warehouses (Snowflake) and data build tools (DBT).
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and transform them into actionable insights.
Stakeholder & Communication Skills
- Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Skilled at presenting data in a clear and compelling way.
Education & Languages
- Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- English fluency required; additional EMEA languages are an advantage.
