We produce pharmaceuticals in our Halle/Westfalen plant for the treatment of various cancers and other life-threatening diseases.

For our team, we are looking for a Leiter (W/M/D) Technology & Engineering.

In this position, you will take overall economic, disciplinary, and technical responsibility for the areas of Technology & Engineering (T&E), Utilities (UT), Maintenance (MC), and Facility Services (FS) at the Halle location. This includes:

• Responsibility for the organization, control, and independent development of processes and the necessary resources
• Leadership and sustainable development of employees
• Result-oriented and efficient use of available resources
• Planning and implementation of investment projects and new production processes
• Identification, evaluation, and implementation of measures to continuously improve quality and reduce costs using lean tools
• Implementation of the plant maintenance master plan at the Halle location

You bring with you:

• Completed technical studies in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical, utility, or process engineering or similar courses
• Several years of professional and management experience in the pharmaceutical industry with more than 40 employees (asepthic manufacturing, including media supply and disposal)
• Management of large projects (> €50 million)
• Leadership of the maintenance department
• Practical experience in the use of tools for systematic improvement or redesign of processes (Lean/Six Sigma)
• Strong commercial understanding
• Fluent German and English speaking and writing skills
• Enthusiasm for taking on responsibility and making decisions
• Ability to achieve goals successfully and communicate clearly and openly
• Proficient use of MS Office, including Visio and Project
