ETANC0 is a branch of the Simpson Strong-Tie group that designs, manufactures, and distributes fixing systems dedicated to the building envelope.

For over 70 years, ETANC0 has been committed to building lasting relationships with its clients by offering high-value solutions and services: needs analysis, technical studies, custom fabrication, on-site support, testing, team training.

We are looking for a Product & Marketing Manager in a permanent position based at our headquarters in Le Pecq (78).

The Product & Marketing Manager leads their team and contributes to the achievement of the company's objectives, following the local and Group strategy. They ensure the marketing team's development and execution of an annual plan that includes all initiatives relevant to support sales, maintain the local product roadmap, and deliver the communication plan.

Main Responsibilities

  • Marketing Plan (8%): In collaboration with commercial teams and other stakeholders, the Product & Marketing Manager develops and executes an annual marketing plan aligned with the Group's growth plan. This plan includes the product roadmap, promotions, events, trade shows, communication, and all relevant initiatives.
  • Budget Planning & Management (5%): Prepares, manages, and monitors the annual marketing budget, ensuring the optimization of expenses.
  • Product Management (10%): In partnership with the local project manager, manages the portfolio of local products, supports the innovation process with the European team, and updates the product roadmap.
  • Commercial Marketing (15%): Oversees commercial marketing activities defined with sales, including promotions, exhibitions, events, trade shows, merchandising, giveaways, samples, and customer plans.
  • Brand Management (15%): Ensures consistent and compliant use of the brand across all materials, respecting the company's guidelines.
  • Communication (20%): Develops and implements all internal and external communication initiatives aimed at enhancing the company's visibility and consistency of messaging.
  • External Partners (3%): Coordinates with communication and promotion agencies, external consultants, and maintains good relationships with the indirect sales force.
  • Cross-functional Contribution (6%): Promotes collaboration between different company functions, participates in local meetings, and contributes to sharing relevant information.
  • Group Collaboration (5%): Ensures smooth and effective communication with the European team on communication and product development projects.
  • Team Management (8%): Guides, motivates, and develops the team, creating a positive and stimulating work environment.
  • Processes & Reports (5%): Oversees processes and documents related to the function, ensuring their update in accordance with the Quality and Environment Management System.

Profile Sought:

Education: University degree in economics or marketing (required).

Experience: Between 5 and 10 years of marketing experience in medium to large companies, ideally multinational or industry leaders. Experience in the construction industry or in a similar business model is an asset.

Technical and Functional Skills: Solid skills in financial and market data analysis.

Excellent ability to write clear and relevant reports.

Strong results orientation.

Fluent in English.

IT Skills: Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with ERP systems and databases.

Good understanding of digital marketing and performance indicators (KPI).

General Skills: Assertive leadership and aptitude for mentoring and coaching.

Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.

Excellent aptitude for communication and conflict resolution.
