Operations Manager

This role will be based in the U.S. and report to the VP of Operations. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our offices across the U.S., UK, Australia, and New Zealand. This is a critical leadership role that requires a hands-on approach to managing our physical office spaces, corporate travel program, and other operational matters to ensure seamless and efficient business operations worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Global Office Management: Develop and implement strategies for office management across all locations. Ensure all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and productive environments for our employees. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee office layouts and space planning.
  • Corporate Travel Program: Manage and optimize the global corporate travel program. This includes managing travel policies, managing relationships with travel agencies and vendors, and leveraging technology to streamline booking, expense reporting, and data analysis to ensure cost-effectiveness and traveller satisfaction.
  • Strategic Leadership: Work closely with executive leadership to align operational strategies with overall business goals. Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains across all operational areas.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the Operations team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in managing, growing and getting the best out of an Administration team, ideally within SaaS
  • Be an enthusiastic and motivating leader, with the ability to take a step back from the day to day and lead the team, and leading by example
  • People management experience including coaching and mentoring a team, conducting performance reviews and addressing people related issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Confidence to thrive in a fast-changing and ever-evolving environment
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset, with the ability to consider the wider picture
  • Be tech savvy and have a genuine interest in software and products
  • A genuine interest in professional development and leadership
