As we scale our EMEA engineering operations, this role will be remote-based, assigned to our UK leadership team and will focus on supporting our UK-based clients. While you'll enjoy the flexibility of working remotely, you'll be closely aligned with our UK delivery teams and client stakeholders, ensuring time-zone overlap and easier collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimise CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure software delivery.
• Design and implement automated deployment processes across multiple environments.
• Deploy infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Terraform
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting to identify issues.
• Develop and implement fast rollback strategies to minimise downtime and risk during releases.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams.
• Continuously evaluate and improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
