As an SDR in our B2B team, you are the link to our inbound leads and are responsible for making potential new customers aware of us. Your goal? To make connections and, ideally, arrange further meetings with our team of talented account executives. To achieve your goals, you must be focused, broaden your horizons, and fully commit to simpleclub and our partners.
You report to our SDR team lead and work closely with them to develop a clear workflow for qualifying leads and contribute to making simpleclub’s vision of educating the world a reality.
In this position, you have the unique opportunity to actively shape the growth of simpleclub and influence the way companies across Germany train their apprentices in their first professional years. Your customers will soon be German-speaking!
You will initiate sales opportunities through a combination of outbound and inbound leads, navigate through potential customers, and find qualified prospects to schedule meetings.
Bring your own ideas to creative acquisition to further improve our qualification channel and identify our top customers and market segments. You will present our value proposition to them through multi-touch campaigns.
Implement a solid, end-to-end workflow for your daily work.
Challenge yourself to continuously learn and improve your sales skills.
Work closely with the team to successfully lead potential customers through the sales funnel and achieve conversions.
Sales Experience: At least 1+ year experience in a B2B/SaaS company.
Results-Driven: You can demonstrate positive results in a sales team.
Excellent Communication Skills: In German and English. You can confidently lead a conversation.
CRM Experience: You are familiar with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
AI Savvy: You have already integrated AI into your sales processes and demonstrated how modern sales work today. With this forward-thinking approach, you want to shape simpleclub.
Resilience: You know how to recover from setbacks and handle objections to create new and better opportunities.
Customer-Oriented: You are able to handle objections, propose solutions, and build solid relationships with all our customers.
Willingness to Collaborate: Teamwork is second nature to you.

Your compensation: We value transparency. We have different compensation levels to ensure fair pay for each role. The compensation is reviewed at least once a year. The salary range of 55,500 to 67,900 EUR annually gross (for a 100% position) represents the target annual salary and includes a 60/40 split between fixed salary and variable component – plus uncovered commission that rewards outstanding performance. If you live outside Germany, we will adjust to your local market.
