  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders—including Country leadership, Finance, and Group HR teams—across all UK HR-related matters
  • Separations & Offboarding: Manage employee relations topics and ensure structured, compliant offboarding processes, including terminations
  • Compensation & Benefits: Provide country-level inputs to compensation processes, including salary reviews, bonus cycles, and associated communications, ensuring alignment with company frameworks. Drive a strong value-for-money approach across country-defined pay and benefits, balancing competitiveness with cost-effectiveness.
  • Governance, Policies & Compliance: Deploy and embed Group HR policies, standards, and approaches within the local market, ensuring compliance with UK employment law. In close collaboration with Group HR, contribute to the development and refinement of HR policies where required
  • Group HR Enablement: Maximise the leverage of Group HR offerings, tools, and programmes to ensure maximum impact and consistency for UK-based staff while adapting to local needs where appropriate
  • Health & Safety: Input to health and safety standards and compliance within the country, ensuring a safe and supportive working environment
  • Reporting: Leverage HR data, analytics and AI tools to generate insights to support decision making by local leadership (with AI deployed to the extent permitted by SK)

Your profile:

  • You will bring a strong combination of strategic thinking and operational excellence, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR Business Partnering within a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Experience in closely collaborating with staffing/workforce planning functions to ensure excellent development trajectories
