Chief Of Staff Support / PMO | Knowledge Management
This role acts as the operational backbone of the Knowledge Management (KM) function, supporting the Global Director of Knowledge Management in delivering Simon-Kucher's KM transformation program. It combines PMO and Chief of Staff support with hands-on execution across content, operations, and enablement, with a strong focus on driving adoption and improving content quality across KM tools, incl. KM database and chatbot. The role is designed as a temporary position (approx. 2.5 years) to cover parental leave, with full ownership of defined workstreams and responsibilities during this period.
The salary for this position ranges from PLN 10 500 to PLN 12 000, depending on the candidate's relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors such as industry background, technical competencies and interview performance may also influence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kucher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annual bonus. The bonus is paid in December and is based on the results of a 360-degree performance evaluation.

How you will create an impact:
- PMO & Program Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and track initiatives under the KM 2.0 strategy
- Maintain project plans, milestones, and status reporting
- Track dependencies, risks, and follow up on deliverables
- Prepare Steering Committee materials and status updates
- Ensure clear and structured communication of progress and priorities Incorporate adoption and rollout planning into project execution
- Chief of Staff Support
- Support the Global Director KM in structuring priorities and day-to-day operations
- Prepare agendas, materials, and track actions for key meetings
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Data & AI, IT, LS&D, Internal Comms, Transformation office)
- Ensure aligned messaging and smooth information flow across stakeholders
- Support development of KM positioning and key communication narratives
- Initiative Ownership (defined workstreams)
- Independently manage selected KM initiatives or sub-projects
- Coordinate contributors and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Integrate communication, training, and change elements into initiatives
- Support translation of initiatives into practical usage and adoption
- Content & Operations Support
- Support operational management of KM systems (e.g., SharePoint), ensuring content quality, consistency, and usability
- Coordinate with content owners to improve content hygiene, structure, and findability
- Contribute to knowledge capture, content migration, and ongoing maintenance
- Support tracking of content quality and usage KPIs
- Identify improvement areas based on user feedback and usage patterns
- Contribute to continuous improvement of KM processes, tools, and standards
- Enablement, Communication & Adoption
- Cooperate with other involved functions (Transformation office, Internal Comms, LS&D)
- Develop and deliver trainings and info sessions (e.g., sanitization, KM tools, search, best practices)
- Tailor enablement formats to sector, SL, and CoE needs
- Execute communication and engagement activities to increase KM usage and awareness
- Support a clear "case for change" and positioning of KM
- Collaborate with LS&D to evolve KM-related training formats
- Contribute to scalable enablement approaches (e.g., onboarding materials, reusable formats)
- Support initiatives to strengthen adoption, contribution, and content quality
Your profile:
- 4–6 years of experience in project management or PMO.
- Clear and professional communication skills in English are a must-have.
- Hands-on, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and structured working style; able to manage tasks independently.
- Experience in stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
- Exposure to communication, training and change-related topics.
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint skills.
- Ability to balance detail orientation with a broader perspective.
- Ability to translate requirements into practical execution and user-oriented solutions.
