  • Prioritize your health and wellbeing. No matter where you live, we offer a competitive suite of health benefits to help keep you and your loved ones safe.

How You Will Create An Impact:

  • Shape and deliver the change strategy: Develop and execute communication, training, and engagement plans to drive adoption of SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
  • Engage stakeholders: Collaborate with leaders, SMEs, and end-users across multiple countries, building trust and addressing concerns to secure buy-in.
  • Lead communications: Create clear, compelling messaging that explains the "why" behind the transformation, keeps employees informed, and celebrates success stories.
  • Ensure readiness: Analyze impacts on HR and Finance processes, assess business readiness, and implement targeted actions to prepare teams for go-live.
  • Build a change champion network: Set up and guide local ambassadors who will act as advocates, run info sessions, and support their colleagues.
  • Drive user adoption & training: Design and oversee robust training programs (including "train-the-trainer"), foster new ways of working, and monitor adoption KPIs.
  • Collaborate & report: Work closely with the program leadership team, integrate change activities into the overall plan, and provide transparent progress updates.

Your Profile:

  • University degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, HR, or a related field; certifications in Change Management (e.g. Prosci), Project Management (PMP/Agile), and/or Systemic Coaching are a plus.
  • 5+ years' experience in change management for large-scale transformation programs, ideally SAP S/4HANA or ERP implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, best practices, and methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR or similar).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, confident in engaging senior leadership and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional European languages are a plus.
  • Proven experience in designing and coordinating end-user training programs.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and adaptable to evolving project needs.
  • Prior experience in international, multi-country projects; cultural awareness and willingness to travel within Europe.
