✨ About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Brazil. The Senior Sales Director will play a critical role in developing and executing key sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive significant growth in the region.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Extensive experience as a sales executive and sales manager in the B2B enterprise market with a demonstrated history of success.
  • Proven track record of exceptional sales executive experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the entire sales process from strategic planning to successful closure, with a strong focus on results.
  • Exceptional ability to articulate the unique value propositions of products and services and effectively position them against competitors.
  • Demonstrated success as a head of sales, with a history of developing and implementing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Proven track record of success in startup environments.
  • Experience in financial services, payment companies, or high-revenue merchants.
  • Experience working with frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the expansion and development of the market in the SOLA Region through strategic initiatives.
  • Take ownership of and consistently exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory and accounts.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to achieve ambitious sales targets and significantly grow our customer base.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to deeply understand their business needs and objectives, and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our products and services through compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Stay abreast of category-specific landscapes and trends, and leverage this knowledge to drive sales success.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on factors influencing tactical budgets and strategic account direction.
  • Foster and manage relationships with key clients in the financial industry and major enterprises across the region.
