About the role


We’re looking for a Sales & Country Manager in the APAC/Emerging Markets Region with a proven track record in SaaS and B2B Sales and with a entrepreneurial spirit to join Simetrik and help us defining and executing our market entry strategy, driving sales growth, and establishing our brand in the region. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.


Minimum qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the technology or software industry, with a focus on international markets.
  • Strong understanding of the APAC market landscape, including cultural nuances, regulatory environment, and competitive dynamics.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing market entry strategies, including market analysis, target segmentation, and go-to-market planning.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating market insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for the APAC and Emerging Markets region, including market analysis, target segmentation, and go-to-market planning.
  • Build and lead a top-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and support to drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including distributors, resellers, and channel partners, to expand market reach and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives, leveraging insights from market research and customer feedback to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote brand awareness and establish thought leadership in the APAC and Emerging Markets market.
