About the role
As a Presales Engineer / Financial Analyst you will work with potential clients or customers to ensure they have a strong understanding of the services and/or products provided. You'll be the main point of contact for new clients, being responsible for their onboarding on our tool, training and driving customer value from our product.
Minimum qualifications

Experiencie/knowledge in reconciliation processess.

Previous experience as a finance analyst/accountant

Strong organization and presentation skills

A propensity for relationship building and the ability to build strong and lasting relationships.

Industry knowledge (Finance, Accounting and Technology)

Strong communication and training skills.

Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
Preferred qualifications

Startup experience is a huge plus.

Experience in Saas companies
Responsibilities
-
Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and the company's product/service offerings to provide the most up-to-date information to customers.

Provide feedback from customer interactions to the product development and marketing teams to enhance the company's offerings.

Work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies, provide technical support during negotiations, and help close deals.

Assist in the creation of proposals, RFP (Request for Proposal) responses, and other documentation needed to win new business.

Research and analyze competitors' products and services to highlight the advantages and unique selling points of the company's offerings.

Evaluate technical feasibility and compatibility of the proposed solutions within the customer's existing infrastructure.

Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to showcase how the company's products or services can solve the customer's problems and meet their needs.

Collaborate with the sales team and customers to design customized solutions that address the customer's requirements, often involving technical specifications and architecture.

Interact with potential customers to understand their specific needs, challenges, and objectives.

Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and a strong understanding of the technology and industry trends relevant to those offerings.
