- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize profits
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with Enterprise clients
- Develop relationships of trusted advisors with key accounts and interested clients

- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS company, with expertise in managing sales processes and negotiating large deals
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Highly self-motivated individual with a passion for growth and progress
- Comfortable working with remote teams and experienced in closing complex deals
- Startup experience is a plus for this role
