As a Service Coordinator at Terra Cat, you'll play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences by ensuring every service job is efficiently managed, scheduled, and completed on time.
Working as part of our busy service team, you'll take ownership of preventative maintenance service jobs, standards jobs, and non-technical services requests. You will open, process, and close jobs, manage parts orders and review and correct invoicing accurately and in a timely manner. You'll liaise closely with customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure work is completed to the highest standard and within agreed timeframes.
Every day will bring variety: from scheduling preventative maintenance and managing warranty jobs, to handling customer enquiries and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. You'll also collaborate with the administration and parts teams to ensure all service workflows, processes, and performance targets are met.
