Summary: Liaise with our customers & workshop technicians to book work, prep quotes & invoice. Passionate, supportive team, awesome product! The role: Joining our team of regional Service Advisors, this role is responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences every day through on point communication and superb organizational skills.

You will liaise with our workshop teams to keep jobs on track, prepare quotes, problem solve, and open, update and close service calls. You will be using multiple systems and apps so your technology skills will need to be top notch. Terra is embarking on a new way of working. This role forms part of a regional team of 4 service advisors and 2 Service Coordinators supporting our customers and teams across the South Island. Every day will present new challenges and learning opportunities ensuring no two days are the same. The hours for this role are 8.30am – 5pm daily.

We are seeking someone who:

  • Has experience in a similar role in our, or a related, industry
  • Ideally has a mechanical background or strong mechanical aptitude
  • Puts the customer at the forefront of all interactions and decisions
  • Possesses a high level of computer literacy and experience in the quotation and invoicing processes
  • Is super organised, driving and following processes
  • Possesses superior communication skills and a collaborative approach
