Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for equipment sales.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Meet sales targets and objectives set by the company.
• Provide product information to customers.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sale with customers.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
• Create and submit reports on sales activities and performance.
• Work closely with the internal sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order processing.
Requirements:
• SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any field.
• Preferably at least 2 years of sales account management, business development experience.
• Experience in heavy equipment/machinery sales from a similar industry is an added advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu. The ability to communicate in local dialect/Mandarin is a plus.
• Knowledge in MS Office applications.
