The Role

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Receptionist to join the Audi Auckland team. Based in Newmarket this is an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious car brand while supporting both reception and sales functions. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy building strong customer relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

In addition to providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring a comfortable experience, you'll

• Handle all incoming calls, route them to the right department, and assist where needed.
• Maintain dealership cleanliness, including café and kitchen areas.
• Process paperwork accurately and on time, including LTSA documentation, invoices, and service documents.
• Support Sales and Service teams with administrative tasks, such as processing timecards, purchase orders, and LTSA registration documents.
• Manage Health & Safety compliance and ensure a safe working environment for all.

Skills & Experience

Along with previous experience in a receptionist role or similar, you'll have:

• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanour.
• High computer literacy with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• A keen eye for detail and maintaining organised records.
