Provide sales & marketing to develop and grow the downstream business primarily in the oil & gas sector throughout peninsular Malaysia. Explore, nurture, and generate downstream business by developing and implementing business strategy to capture new customers base with the intent of increasing business revenue, profitability, and market share. Assist, monitor, and support sales activities of downstream to the oil & gas downstream client eg: oil refinery/gas processing/gas diesel. Assist head of branch to collate information to improve visibility on Petronas downstream maintenance activities that leads to business opportunities. Working with the service team, field engineer downstream reps, planner, E & I department, and E & P for integration of business to enable planning of resources & investment by TPS. Carry out market survey and get to the ground to approach potential customers & maintain rapports with existing clients and get to know their needs. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
