To support the business sales and key strategic accounts so as to achieve the budgeted YTY sales of process equipment in Malaysia, and sustaining the products' margins
Be responsible to increase sales in existing customer accounts and to obtain new customer accounts
Develop strong relationship with customers, identify their needs and customize proposal to negotiate a successful business contract
Participate aggressively in commercial negotiations with various parties (customers, vendors, contractors, business agents and partners) to win contracts
Coordinate with process principal to obtain design, sizing and price of system required
Optimize the skid design and sourcing of competitive engineering item and vendor to increase winning chance in bidding
Keep skid package competitiveness by continuous product improvement and analyze development of new process technology in the market
Market and promote the Product and Capability of the Company in the area of Design, Engineering and Fabrication
Add value to the customers by means of continual support, innovation, design and service
Maintain an active customer and prospect database for future growth and expansion
Determine the scope of supply and make special provision to meet customer's demands, and provide technical support during procurement and manufacturing
Follow up on pre-sales and after-sales enquiries and documentations: Prepare sales quotations to customers, process customers' Purchase order or contract, prepare process description, datasheet, utility consumption list, proposed vendor list, major equipment brochures/catalogues, principle supporting letter, engineering item certificate and P&ID drawing of process skid proposal. Prepare skid operation manual, maintenance manual and commissioning procedure of process skid
Monitor debts and expediting payment from customers
Ensure compliance in sales process and meeting satisfactory audit in sales process
Provide technical support and monitor cost, engineering submission and project execution after order taking
Provide after sales support service to customers and spares requirement by the customers after the delivery of the products
Assist in factory acceptance test and skid commissioning activity to ensure skid performance is achieving project requirement
Work and co-ordinate closely with the manufacturing department in quote proposal, project execution, procurement, engineering and technical issues, cost controls, etc
Visit customers regularly and to travel overseas when required
Gather survey feedback from clients on Product quality and delivery system so that improvement can be made to serve client in a better and efficient way. Thereby, building trust & confidence with the customer and foster a good long-term relationship with the customer
