Why is this role important to us?

Senior Service Delivery Consultants are skilled professionals who form part of our SaaS Operations team, delivering services to our clients. The primary objective of the position is to aid in the effective support and upkeep of SimCorp Dimension and all facets of service delivery surrounding SimCorp Dimension.

Senior Service Delivery Consultants support our clients by providing solutions and deploying services related to the usage of SimCorp Dimension. They work closely with local and global teams within SimCorp. They instruct, coach and mentor less experienced consultants.

In this key role, you will work in APAC/EMEA to provide support & solutions to overcome issues encountered by the customer and to optimise usage of the systems for them. What You Will Be Responsible For

  • You will be the key contact for our clients regarding production support and help manage the relationship.
  • Establish and maintain a network at several levels at the client, incl. You will work to build and sustain relationships with personnel at different levels within the client organisation, including management, earning their trust as a valuable advisor to promote a mutually rewarding long-term partnership
  • Examine challenges and concerns that arise in the solutions and system operations of SimCorp services within clients' production environments across various subjects to deliver effective and prompt resolutions to our clients within established SLAs
  • Assist our client users with configuration updates and improvements by sharing insights related to the effective use of SimCorp services and more to promote an innovative approach
  • Co-operate closely with other professionals within SimCorp on a global level by way of specialist roles to share knowledge and ensure efficient solutions for the client
  • Act as a coach or mentor and review work of others. Influence others regarding general practices and procedures within own field
  • You will be required to work on APAC/EMEA. Weekend/Public Holiday works are required on occasion. Working extended hours might also be required on occasion.

What We Value

  • A degree in finance/economics/mathematics/computer science. Knowledge in financial issues - theoretical as well as practical
  • Minimum 5 years' experience within asset management, funds management or custodian.
  • Experience in the operation and support of front-to-back investment management solutions
  • You are good at working on & prioritizing multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Committed to finding solutions, with a drive for service, results-oriented, and skilled at handling various tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills including listening skills, and fluency in English (spoken and written)
