SimCorp is experiencing a substantial increase in business globally and to support our growth we are looking for a Lead Business Consultant. This is a truly global role, based in our Warsaw office. In this key role you will work with all our clients across the world and provide business support and solutions to overcome issues encountered by these clients.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Assumes overall outreach PM responsibility
  • Run operational calls with the client, as well as all workshops with the client
  • Lead communications with the client and manages more general requests from the client
  • Streamline and supervises communication with all parties
  • Manage / decide over all outreach escalations with the client and internally
  • Maintain of working outreach flowchart and descriptions
  • Define and create outreach specific reporting and risk analysis on an ongoing basis
  • Collaborate with the outcome PM
  • Own the outreach tracker and control the contributions to the product development build / backlog file
  • Own all communication templates and guidelines
  • Provide on-call support outside of regular working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
