$1,000 RETENTION BONUS! The Guest Service Supervisor provides assistance and leadership to the Guest Service Representatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for a team of 5-10 Guest Service Representatives on assigned shift. Supervisory responsibilities include coaching and counseling, issuing rewards and discipline, and being able to step in as a Guest Service Representative as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelors' Degree in Marketing, Hotel Administration or similar field strongly preferred. Minimum one year experience in either a hotel, casino, or marketing department in a similarly sized property strongly preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English. The ability to speak other languages is strongly preferred.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Microsoft Office skills required. Knowledge of Opera and Patron systems strongly preferred.
