Primo is a SaaS platform that helps insurers automate and optimize their collection process. Through a comprehensive solution, it allows managing payments, sending automated reminders omni-channel (WhatsApp, email and SMS), and performing real-time reconciliations. Its focus combines technology, analytics, and automation to improve financial efficiency, reduce delinquency, and increase customer retention. Currently operating in Latin America, with a presence in Argentina and Mexico, and working with some of the most innovative insurers in the region.
What We Are Looking For
+4 years of experience as a software developer.
Solid experience in backend.
Basic knowledge or willingness to learn frontend with React/Next.js.
Autonomy to work and advance in contexts of uncertainty.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Active use of AI tools to enhance your work.
Plus (Non-Exclusive):
Experience working with LLMs, either in production or in side-projects.
Experience in payments and fintech.
Experience working in startups or products from early stages, building products from end to end.
Experience in Go.
What You Will Do
Build product end to end, writing code in Go and React/Next.js.
Participate actively in product decisions and architecture.
Design and develop AI Agents that solve real problems.
Influence the architecture, culture, roadmap, and the way we work.
