You were the first hire at another company.
You were part of a startup post-Series A from the beginning of the company.
You're comfortable building full-stack features.
You care about product, not just code.
You've owned something meaningful end-to-end in the past (a product module, an infra refactor, etc).
You're resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity. You figure things out.
