We are searching for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Poland, to join our People Operations team, supporting recruiting, administrative and associate relations activities within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, interviews coordination, offers).
  • Support HR administration: contracts, amendments, onboarding documentation, offboarding processes.
  • Conduct and coordinate salary review cycles, ensuring consistency and fairness across teams.
  • Manage feedback and performance review processes (e.g., 360 feedback, manager assessments).
  • Review and prepare compliance documentation required for client and bank onboarding (e.g., verify CVs, IDs, police clearance statements).
  • Maintain HR records in systems (e.g., BambooHR, internal databases) and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR queries and policies.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure accurate HR processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or People Operations (preferably in an international or fast-scaling environment).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes: recruitment, payroll/salary reviews, feedback cycles, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with handling sensitive documentation (IDs, background checks, compliance requests).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); Polish is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with HR tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar) is a plus.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
